Irene WilliamsI made an appointment with Mike to have oil change and I also mentioned that I am hearing something whenever I press my brake pedal and the ABS light comes on from time to time. Mike was very kind enough to listen the problem I posed. After awhile he called and said that there is problem with the sensors and need to be replaced. So I said to go ahead with the job. Hopefully this will correct the problem and never to recur. Mike said that there is a 2 year warranty. Mike is pretty good in doing his job. And that's the reason I talk to Mike whenever I need and an oil change or something else.

Sandra VokesLove my new Lincoln MKC! Peet Buys was the best salesperson that really listened to what I wanted and needed. UPDATE: APRIL 3/19 Although I was happy at the time of the purchase of my MKC the service department is less than satisfactory. I assumed I was going to get a high level of service with the "Lincoln" experience. My welcome lighting stppoed working in January and in early February I took it in for service. The lights that display the logo and my headlights that should come on as long as I have my key fob as I approach the vehicle hasn't worked in 3 months and although I know they have looked at it several times there's still no resolution. It seems that since my vehicle still "runs" it isn't a high priority. They have contacted the 'engineers' and have been provided some things to try but since the rest of the vehicle is actually working other people's problems are taking priority over mine... I get that I may go to the back of the line after a few attempts at a fix but at some point I should get to the front! I'm quite disappointed at this time and if I knew this would be how I was going to be treated I may not have made this purchase.

ephie smithChanging my review from a 2 star to a 5 as the Lambton Ford Service team did a wonderful job of taking care of my Fx4 this time around. Great Customer Service! I will definitely be dealing with them in the future! ------------------------ Had my 2012 F150 looked at for Bluetooth issue and 4x4 noise. I have 3 years of Bumper to Bumper warranty. Instead of consulting with me on these issues and looking at the truck and maybe taking a quick test drive with me it was booked in for diagnostics which is good but a little customer service with someone who has paid over $3K in Warranty could have gone a long way here. I was charged the measly $40 for diagnostics when nothing was wrong. I just didn't know some details about this truck I bought from Ford last year. I just expect after paying for a good warranty like that could have triggered a moment where the tech took a few minutes with me to quickly look over the truck and I would have been on my way instead of booking me in for the day where I didn't have my truck and had to be shuttled to and from work. Customer Service wasn't the greatest but getting me in quick and at least giving me a shuttle to and from work was helpful.
Dan GuthrieLambton Ford has been amazing. They go above and beyond on each visit. My most recent visit was impressive. My truck needed a special warranty issue dealt with and the service ran over time. They didn’t say sorry and leave me to figure my day out without my truck they actually arranged a rental. I had two or three similar situations with a well known Dealer just down the street when my wife’s Odessey needed work. I had to get a ride home and borrow my in-laws vehicle to get around.
